The Darius Fireplace is designed with a tasteful modernistic simplicity. The clean straight lines of the vertical fluting on the columns and mantle are flanked by elegant four-leaf pattens. The fireplace is crafted out of Verona Marble, often quarried from the foothills of the Alps in Northern Italy. Verona Marble has been highly prized through the ages and was used by Romans in the construction of the interior of the Pantheon.
